Small Group Classes
60 minutes. All levels. Maximum 6 students.
Small group classes are the best of both worlds - you get to practice in community while receiving individualized instruction.
Yoga and Pilates Fusion
Yoga and Pilates fusion is a movement class rooted in the yoga and pilates principles of mindfulness, precision, concentration, and breath. You will practice traditional yoga postures as well as pilates moves such as ab exercises, planks, and glute exercises. Class will end with more restful and restorative postures and a nice long Savasana.
HIIT Mat Pilates
HIIT Mat Pilates is a full-body, low-impact, high-intenÂsity workÂout using interval training and Pilates prinÂciÂples. The class is set to upbeat music and incorporates resistance bands, blocks, and hand weights for an incredible and unique workout experience. This class is designed for all fitÂness levÂels, and there are always modifications for folks who need them.
Beginner Hatha Yoga
26&2 Series
Beginner Hatha Yoga (26&2 series) is a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises meant to improve the condition of your entire body, bones to skin. This class is very beginner friendly, but can also be a great practice for more advanced yoga practitioners. The room will be gently heated, allowing you to more easily gain greater range of motion.
Private Lessons
60minutes. All levels. 1:1 with Rachel
Privates can be tailored to your individual needs, ensuring that you meet your wellness goals
Privates are perfect for anyone who might be intimidated by large group classes but who wants to commit to a regular movement practice. Whether you are just starting your wellness journey or are a professional athlete, your private sessions with Rachel can be specialized to meet your needs.

When booking a private, you can select the class style you want! Simply book and buy your private, then Rachel will reach out for a 15 minute consultation to learn about you and your goals. If you have questions, feel free to reach out before booking!
Equiptment and Hands-On Assists
In classes, students may use blocks, resistance bands, and/or small hand weights (hand weights will only be used for Pilates). Hands-on assists are offered each class but consent must always be given. Should a student not wish to be touched, we will always respect that boundary

All blocks, resistance brands, and weights will be provided for students. If you do not have a yoga mat, you may rent one from Ignite for $3. We recommend coming hydrated and bringing a water bottle. Ignite does not sell water, but you may rent a reusable bottle for $3
