Studio Policies
We want you to have a great experience in our space. Please read through our policies prior to booking your first class with us. Thank you for respecting our space and our policies.

Ignite is a safe space. We absolutely do NOT tolerate hate speech of any kind, racism, homophobia, or sexism

​All students must fill out a waiver before taking class with us

Because our class sizes are small, students must pre-register for class. Walk-ins are not allowed

Failure to follow instructions in class or any disruptive behavior that may harm you or others will lead to dismissal from class and you will not be allowed to return

We welcome every one to our classes, however, you must be at least 18 years old to attend our group classes. Kids 12-17 may be booked for private lessons

Our studio opens 15 minutes before class and closes 15 minutes after class

Students are allowed to arrive no more than 3 minutes late and we ask that you stay for the entirety of class. Late entry past the 3 minute mark will not be permitted

Ignite does not offer refunds. All sales are final

Our packages are non-transferable

Our class cards expire. Check your expiration date before purchasing. We do not allow extensions except for extenuating circumstances such as an acute injury or an illness

If affordability is an issue, please email us and let us know. We are open to trades and discounts on a case-by-case basis​​
Ignite is a phone-free zone

Students will be asked to place phones on silent and leave them in a cubby

Video and audio recording are stricly prohibited

If you have an emergency or are on-call, you must let your teacher know before class

You will never be recorded or photographed in our space without consent
